    Re: EQAO she can be exempted as an ESL student, although she
    could write the Math section if you think she's capable.
    Also, for report cards, you probably wouldn't give a mark,
    just comments, unless she is able to demonstrate
    understanding without language being a barrier. Your
    administrators might let you just put "See ESL report
    attached." and that would be all you would have to do
